As Functional Administrator you will be part of our IT Services team and responsible for the functional management of our IT service management software, including Jira and Confluence.

You will contribute to a stable and efficient IT service management organisation by taking ownership of the authorisation management, identifying process improvements and assisting colleagues to benefit from the tooling in the best possible way.

Furthermore:

• Authorisation management for Jira and Confluence. Maintaining and improving an authorisation design for granting access to employees on a need-to-know basis;
• Functional management of Jira and Confluence. Adjust projects or workflows, create dashboards and filters in order to provide useful insights, setup confluence spaces or Jira projects for teams;
• Support the migration to a new ITSM tool;
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation regarding Jira and Confluence, enabling colleagues to use the tools as efficient as possible;
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

The team

The IT Services team consist of 4 skilled helpdesk engineers, 2 IT process managers, 4 system administrators and besides you, one other functional administrator. Together the team services the company by providing an excellent digital workspace and experience. You will report to the IT Service Lead within the IT Functions and Foundations stream. At Knab you will have the autonomy to pursue your own initiatives and responsibilities.

At Knab we are organized alongside Valuestreams, consisting of multiple Scrum teams, operations departments and a support team. There are three Value Streams organized around our Customer Propositions: Daily Use, Lending and Financial Freedom. Next to the valuestreams there is also the supporting stream: IT Functions and Foundations. By organizing this way: we achieve more focus and a higher speed of delivery.

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Master degree (HB/WO);
• Fluent English spoken and written. Dutch is a welcomed addition;
• Experience as a Functional Administrator with a minimum of 2 years' working experience;
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and ITSM is a must;
• You are familiar with Active Directory or eager to learn;
• Certified ITIL foundation is a pre;
• You are proactive; you identify upcoming issues within your process (cluster) and take timely action.
