Responsible for leading managers that manage a team of highly skilled, highly motived staff of Client Onboarding Analysts while managing the day-to-day quality and execution of client onboarding, periodic and other reviews, as well as other AML-KYC activities that are completed in the operations. This role will be responsible for both Rural and Wholesale business COB/AML-KYC execution activities that are completed in the North American Operations team. Responsible for the overall supervision of the assigned department team(s) including performance reviews, salary recommendations, and compliance oversight.

You and Your Job
As a Head of Client Due Diligence (CDD), NA, you will be successful in leading the Client Due Diligence department to complete reviews timely with compliance to Rabobank's Client Due Diligence Standards.

Your teams will be responsible for all of the various steps within the Client Due Diligence process. You will be lead 4 to 6 managers of teams executing this function. The client portfolio will include both Rural and Wholesale operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assures completed activities are in compliance with regional and global standards.
  • Creating consistent high-quality performance through FLM, SLM and Feedback Loop results will be a key factor in the roles performance.
  • Leveraging strategic opportunities for improvement through process, systemic and automated options will be critical for the ongoing and continuous development of the function.
  • The leader will establish an appropriate cadence with business, compliance and monitoring teams to ensure effective and efficient flow of information on volumes, transactions and quality for the rural and wholesale teams.
  • Responsible for strategic direction and production execution of CDD onboarding as well as other required and aligned functional activities for COB and AML-KYC execution.
  • This leader will be the key point of contact for the operations team in key global strategic and tactical discussions.

  • Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in Compliance Testing, Audit and / or KYC Experience as a manager of managers Experience managing 50+ indirect reports.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
