We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Toolmaker to replace a colleague. You will join a small team of three colleagues. Working alongside your colleagues in the Toolmaking department, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining, modifying, creating, or repairing molds, stamps, and drilling/milling jigs;
• Creating new insert parts for molds according to drawings (CAD-CAM);
• Making new or replacement tools according to drawings and schedules;
• Advising the Foundry regarding the construction of new and replacement tools.

Key Qualifications:

• Preferably, vocational education in Toolmaking or Turning/Milling, supplemented by vocational training;
• Several years of experience as a CNC Milling Machinist/Toolmaker;
• Ability to operate a lathe, milling machine, spark erosion machine, and wire erosion machine (knowledge and experience with Heidenhain controls is a plus);
• Ability to read technical drawings;
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and with discipline.
