Inside Sales Representative
Fluently Russian speaking for export department
In this role you will be the point of contact for our Russian speaking clients in the field of sales and advise on our BBA Pumps solutions. With your can-do attitude you are able to analyze customer needs and translate that into suitable solutions and commercial offers with short response time. In this versatile role, you have direct influence on the commercial results of our company. You work closely together with our outside sales and office staff to achieve the highest results. You handle sales leads, generate proposals and quotations based on the customer needs and file these in our ERP and CRM programs.
We are looking for someone:
- Who has a commercial and/or technical background on MBO+ (secondary vocational education) or HBO (higher professional education) level;
- Who has strong communication skills, both written and oral;
- Who takes initiative and is customer service oriented;
- With four years of experience at an inside sales function in a B2B environment, preferably in an export environment;
- With strong computer skills (ERP / CRM knowledge);
- With fluency, (near-)native (C2 level) Russian language skills;
- With a professional (B2 level) of fluency in Dutch or English (preferably both). Any other European language such as German, French and / or Spanish would be considered as an asset.
