Inside sales representative

Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for a motivated and result-oriented indoor sales representative to strengthen our team.

As an inside sales representative, you will play an important role in supporting and expanding our commercial activities. You work together with a permanent team and serve your own customer group. You can use your organisational and commercial skills to contribute to serving our customers optimally.

You will be trained as a PPE advisor, as solid knowledge of the products and the market enables us to build trust and make sales.

What you will do

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Maintain (telephone) contact with customers, suppliers and internal colleagues to ensure a smooth process and cooperation.
• Perform operational tasks such as making quotations, processing orders and managing customer-specific web shops.
• Ensuring accurate and timely order processing, managing order flow and monitoring delivery times.

How we see you. You have / are:

• MBO working and thinking level.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different people.
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude, able to work independently and set priorities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
