For our client, a premium car manufacturer from China, we are searching for a Fleet Sales Analyst & Coordinator in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
We are looking for a dedicated Fleet Sales Analyst & Coordinator to join our dynamic fleet sales team in the Netherlands office
.
This role is pivotal in supporting the fleet sales function through detailed analysis, reporting, and coordination of sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for the automotive industry. Your work will directly contribute to the strategic planning and execution of fleet sales initiatives, helping to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Sales Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of fleet sales performance, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on fleet sales activities, performance against targets, and market conditions for senior management and other stakeholders.

Sales Support: Support the fleet sales team by coordinating sales activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing customer databases.

Market Research: Perform market research to gather insights on competitor strategies, pricing trends, and customer preferences in the fleet market.
Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies based on analysis findings to meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Liaison: Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of queries.
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage projects related to fleet sales initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

Requirements:
Bachelor

s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
Proven experience in sales analysis or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of CRM and data analysis software is highly desirable.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Fluent in Chinese and English is a plus.
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
