About

As a Software Architect, you will become part of a multidisciplinary Scrum team that iteratively develops software in collaboration with our clients. Within the teams, you have a focus on architecture, actively participate in the development process, and are capable of leading teams as a lead developer. At Kabisa, you won’t find ivory tower architects; our architects are hands-on and deeply involved in the work!

What are you going to do?

You are the individual who aligns architecture and implementation with each other. You tackle technical challenges collaboratively with your team and closely collaborate with the client. You are responsible for the internal architecture of software solutions and translate non-functional requirements such as performance, availability, security, privacy, accessibility, and quality into actionable recommendations. You have the responsibility for implementation and serve as the one who maintains a comprehensive overview for the team. Additionally, you identify components that can be reused and ensure continuous alignment with the customer. You keep them informed about the potential consequences of future features and technical capabilities, offering clear explanations of trade-offs while also taking care of maintenance and technical debt. Lastly, you maintain an active involvement in the project by both writing code and reviewing the code produced by others.
