As Maintenance Manager engineering & Facilities at Envalior, you will be responsible for creating a culture of continuously improvement, ensuring that activities are evaluated and lessons learned are implemented within the department in cooperation with other involved departments. You will actively manage the cultural change process within the department of Maintenance, Engineering and Facilities, where you will be responsible for change projects for implementation or optimization of new workflows and methodologies. Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods to contribute to our values and mission.

You will make key contributions to Envalior: 

  • Ensuring the use of the work process within the plants and the department of Maintenance, Engineering and Facilities.
  • Ensures that the management, control and development of (maintenance)contracts, SLA’s and suppliers is handled in close cooperation with sourcing and purchasing.
  • Managing the workflow of the department of Maintenance, Engineering and Facilities and ensures that the works is handled conform the right priorities.
  • Managing the technical asset life cycle of the equipment’s, finding an optimum between costs, OEE, lifetime extensions and business targets.
  • Responsible for the preparation and controlling of maintenance budgets, to achieve the desired plant availability guarantee, , makes sure that any deviations are reported and that there are reliable forecasts.
  • Oversees compliance thereof with all relevant laws and regulations and SHE requirements.
  • SHE responsibilities:
  • Is responsible to work according to the requirements of the determined Envalior Life Saving Rules.
  • Monitors compliance with the Life Saving Rules of its employees.
  • Translates the Life Saving Rules to practical situations within its hierarchical area.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 

  • Educational level BSc /MSc in Technical Engineering, or comparable.
  • Knowledge and experience of maintenance processes in the chemical sector.
  • Engage people, Drive for results, holds himself and other responsible. Technical or hard skills]
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in managerial position
  • Knowledge of SAP work processes and the maintenance and Improve Equipment Reliability.
  • Experience of maintenance, and facility management
  • Good knowledge of finance, sourcing, logistics and purchasing
  • Further experience in analytical techniques and overview on all maintenance aspects.
  • Methodologies such as TPM, FMEA and RCA
  • Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
  • Specific knowledge of assigned production and associated equipment.
  • Required competences: Leadership, Collaboration with speed, Result orientation, Judgment, Planning and Organizing skills, Analytical skills, Good communicational and social skills, Analytical, power of persuasion.
