Hi, account manager 👋. To create online success for our clients, good communication is a basic requirement. As a commercial account manager, you speak both the technical language of our designers and developers and the marketing language of our clients.
You won’t have to worry about cold acquisition; you’ll work exclusively with existing clients. You make strict appointments and communicate a lot; not only with our clients, but also with our developers, online marketing specialists and your fellow account managers. Our clients value concrete advice in understandable language. You therefore know how to turn issues into clear advice with the goal of online growth for the client.
Responsibilities as an account manager
As an account manager, you will realize the commercial goals of 2manydots. Through your driven, independent and fluent personality, in addition to commercial growth, you will provide pleasant service to existing accounts and manage to retain customers. In this role, you will combine your commercial results orientation with your organizational talent and advisory skills.Versatile duties additionally include:
- Proactively maintaining existing accounts
- Realize actions in collaboration with the team
- Follow up on actions
- Participate in commercial consultations
- Timely response to client inquiries and requirements
- Monitoring developments in the market and anticipating them in a timely manner
Who are you as an account manager?
- You have knowledge of online (websites and internet marketing)
- You possess excellent communication skills
- You are proactive and enjoy working as part of a team
- Affinity with WordPress is a plus
- Experience on the agency side is a plus
