Datacenter Technician
Als Datacenter Technician ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van eerste lijn support aan onze klanten in de data centers in Amsterdam. Als Data Center Technician ben je nauw betrokken bij het leveren van technisch advies en support binnen een volcontinudienst (24/7).

 
 Jouw taken

• Je bent betrokken bij het beantwoorden van alle verzoeken van de klanten;
• Je voert technische werkzaamheden uit in opdracht van de klanten;
• Je installeert klantenapparatuur in racks;
• Je legt bekabeling aan in het data center (UTP en glasvezel);
• Je bewaakt en reageert op alarmmeldingen;
• Je houdt administratie bij in het registratie systeem met betrekking tot uitgevoerde klantwerkzaamheden.

 
Jouw profiel

• Je hebt relevante werkervaring opgedaan.
• Je kunt je werk gestructureerd en zorgvuldig uitvoeren;
• Je hebt een goede communicatie mondeling en schriftelijk in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
• Je bent werkt graag in teamverband;
• Je bent oplossingsgericht en bent in staat om de klant voorop te stellen;
• Je bent flexibel ingesteld en je bent bereid in shifts te werken.
