Communications Lead
As Communications Lead you will be responsible for developing communication plans and activation towards our internal customers (our brands) in collaboration with the Leadership team. You will effectively set up and leverage internal campaigns to improve our customer reach and engagement with the aim to support growth of all our services and solution portfolio. On a strategic level you will be responsible for the overall storyline of our Tech Transformation activities with a compelling explanation on the why, how and what of our transformational activities. On a more operational and tactical level you will be responsible for the daily communication operations. You will maintain the current communication activities and initiate new activities where you see an opportunity.
Design
- Developing Customer Communication plan.
Putting on the map of our client by refining our USP and how to convey the value we bring.
Defining processes to engage our customers and inform about the work.
Developing Communication Plan for new organizational design and tech transformation initiatives.
Developing communication initiatives around our purpose and tech transformation.
Leading activities to maintain and develop our training & development program Academy.
Continuous improvement of Academy.
Improving & maintaining onboarding process for new employees – adapt to refined vision and processes.
Building brand stories in collaboration with the leadership team.
Coordination
Embracing the agreed transformational change storyline as a guidance in setting up a Communication Plan.
Supporting the leadership team to implement a new organizational structure efficiently and effectively.
Interacting with multiple stakeholders within our group to ensure all communication regarding the departure is aligned around our purpose.
Lead Internal Communications efforts to improve connection between leadership team & associates.
Increasing transparency in what’s going on in the organization.
Overseeing all internal and external communications, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging.
Execution
Ensuring brand cohesion and consistency across all communication channels.
Ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed in the best possible way.
Organizing quarterly Townhalls in collaboration with leadership team.
Sending out weekly updates.
Maintaining the SharePoint and training pages.
Converting management decisions and messages into employee updates.
Your requirements;
As a Communications Lead, you have:
University or college degree in change management, educational science or communication studies.
5+ years’ experience in corporate communication and change management.
Work independently, able to set up, coordinate own projects.
Ability to maintain quality of initiatives
Must demonstrate strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills.
Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking.
Demonstrated outstanding oral and written communications and interpersonal skills.
