Global Vendor Program Manager
About The RoleSupporting partner managers in all Kinly entities and to Ensure to maintain Kinly preferred status with main vendors, grow funding’s and rebates, enrol to global programs.This role is initial to recover a maternity leave and a temp period till april 2024. About The Role
You will be supporting partner managers in all Kinly entities and ensure to maintain the Kinly preferred status with main vendors, grow funding’s and rebates, enroll to global programs.This role is initial for 1 year to recover a maternity leave and can be positioned in The UK or in The Netherlands.
The job exists of a local and a global part:
Global part (80%)
- Overall overview partner program
- Setup system of reporting and setup structure
- Good communication with vendors, diplomatic
- Inform local about upcoming promotions and deals (also training)
- Initiate investment programs
- Initiate and keep track global partner programs
- Instruct local to fulfil the requirements
- Keep track of current and future partner requirements
- Certifications, Training, Demo equipment, Mandatory training
- Setup of global teams and sharepoint
- Coordinate regular management meeting with Partner and Kinly management
- Setup the right contacts at Vendors on global level, soft skills
- Cisco, Microsoft, Polycom, Crestron, AVIXA, etc
- Coordinate partner events global and with local
- Let local report to global
- Make best practices work for all countries
- · Train people
- · Coordinate trainings
- · Submit monthly report on progress and status
- · Multi people involved
- · Support, renewal rate + report KPI’s report to global
- · Sales, follow up on promotions, end quarter deals
- · Procurement
- · Purchasing, deal registration etc.
- · Training and certification administration for the Vendor activities
- MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:
- · Keep management up to date with the overall status of the partner programs from Kinly main vendors (Currently Cisco, Microsoft, Poly, Zoom, Pexip, Logitech etc.)
- · Proactively ensure that any changes to the programs are communicated to each country entities to make necessary changes or training to meet new requirements
- · Proactively communicate commercial programs to sales, presales and support departments
- · Ensure Kinly is registered for and renew all sub programs in the partnership program
- · Optimize commercial terms for sub programs with partners
- · Track and renew any company certifications needed for Kinly for optimized commercial terms
- · Track and ensure renewals of any individual certifications needed for company certifications
- · Track and ensure other commitments and prereqs for partner programs are followed (CSAT, Contract renewals, experience points fulfilment etc.)
- · Work with senior management in shaping the partner strategy for partner development
- · Objective is to align all vendor programs globally to ensure maximum T&C’s and share certifications if possible
- · Global Vendor program manager is overall responsible for all certifications in all Kinly countries
- · Day to day communication with partners to setup regular meetings for management, roadmap reviews etc.
- · Any other tasks (deemed as being within your capability) as required by the Company.
- · Acquisition - work with vendors and legal to ensure all agreements are in place, rebates, programs and accreditations are not lost of compromised
- · Supplier surveys, Procurement meeting notes and support
- · Global Programs - drive internally

JOB REQUIREMENTS;
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, in a project-driven environment or in an organization affiliated with the aforementioned vendors. You have demonstrable experience in optimizing partner programs and you know how to get people on board and how to enthuse them to make better use of these programs. It goes without saying that you have excellent negotiation planning and communication skills.- Affinity with the AV / UC market is a plus;
- Knowledge of partner programs (Cisco, Poly, Pexip, Microsoft,..);
- Good relational and commercial skills;
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems;
- Fluent in English language in word and writing (Dutch is a plus).
- Great analytical skills;
- Ability to manage a team across the globe without direct hierarchical responsibility;
