Functieomschrijving Job Description Yacht Life Sciences has a vacancy for an Automation Engineer BMS at Janssen Biologics / Johnson & Johnson in Leiden, the Netherlands. Purpose of the Job: In this role you will work in a dedicated team focused on design, implementing and commissioning of Building automation Management Solutions and Environmental Monitoring Systems across all business units at our Leiden manufacturing facility. All phases will be executed according to cG(a)MP requirements. Principal Responsibilities: The capturing of the User / functional Requirements for the implementation / migration of BMS systems The design, implementation, and commissioning of the new BMS management layer (level 2 ISA95), together with vendor and IT department. Coordinate, support and maintain applications/systems during the project phase till handover to client. Collaborate with Users, HVAC Engineers, System owners and operators during design & execution phase Configure the migrated BMS/EMS system as required for current connected systems. Update, coordinate and review the migrated Life Cycle documentation. Develop coordinate and review (commissioning) protocols, test plans and reports and documentation to implement, maintain, operate and validate of the BMS/EMS systems. Manage project vendors, subcontractors, and other automated engineers as assigned. Assist in the training of other JBV personnel with respect to the migrated solution. Update, develop and coordinate related system SOP’s/ Work instructions. Functie-eisen Job requirements A technical education / degree in industrial automation, information technology or relevant engineering discipline is required. (Minimum HBO/Bachelor Educational level). Experience in GMP / GAMP regulated environment is required. Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with BMS application software (preferable Honeywell, Priva) and industrial automation infrastructure. Required are VCA and NEN 3140. Climate technology education for example KLI-A, KLI-B, KLI-C and MRK-A is preferred. Project engineering/coordination experience is preferred. Proficient ability to understand control philosophy and write functional requirement specifications Proficient knowledge of P&IDs and instrumentation/control equipment in an industrial environment Knowledge of IT application infrastructure design and deployment is required.
