Research Internship (Summer Vacation) – European Renewable Energy
EnAppSys is a leading provider of information, applications, and systems development services to the energy industry. We have customers in all the major commercial centres of Europe, providing services to trading desks, energy regulators, energy assets and overall stakeholders in the energy market. Our insight is delivered through our online trading tools and consultancy using and processing the data and knowledge we collect.

We are a high growth company providing value enhanced energy information and analysis from our base in Stockton-on-Tees and via our subsidiary companies in other European countries. Due to further successful business growth we are looking for Research Interns.

Role
As part of our ongoing product development we require a team of research interns on an initial two month fixed term basis, with a view for extension if required, to carry out a program of research work in renewable energy in different European countries. The required work will be to carry out and document literature and information identified as relevant to the project.

Key Attributes

• Education: HBO/Msc education in a qualification based around science, mathematics, engineering or computer science.
• Skills: Strong research skills and ability to work independently to gather, analyse and understand data. Competence in at least one European language other than English/Dutch desirable,
• Location: Due to the current COVID-19 situation this role will be homebased, access to a computer/laptop and stable internet essential.
• Start Date: ASAP
