As a CX Researcher, you are responsible for being the expert in shopper motivation, journey, and experiences with our solutions. Driven by our motivation to be a consumer-driven organization with a love for happy people, you have a deep curiosity for (general) consumer behavior and preferences regarding our loyalty solutions.

One of the core capabilities of Data Analytics & Insights is to thoroughly understand the shoppers of our clients and be their voice within our business. The insights you derive from research, to drive sales and grow our business, help in designing the solutions and their mechanics, strongly supporting a consumer-driven sales approach, while proving and improving the impact of our loyalty solutions.

And that is only the beginning! You share these insights into the business with impact, amongst others by leading insights workshops, creating compelling reports and dashboards. You dare to try new things and remain on top of the latest research methods. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on insights and analysis required for campaign measurement and CX research is of key importance to this role. Together with the team, you make process, methodology, and tool improvement suggestions to drive operational efficiency and develop stronger ways to demonstrate the impact of our loyalty solutions.

What will you do?

  • You plan and execute research projects to enrich the business with a deep understanding of who shoppers are, what drives them, and how they experience our solutions;
  • You know how & when to apply a wide variety of UX and CX research methodologies, to arrive at actionable insights. A broad mix between qualitative and quantitative methods are part of your toolbox;
  • You manage research projects and know how to adapt to shifting priorities based on business needs;
  • You translate the collected data into clear actionable insights and visually attractive reports or dashboards;
  • You work closely with a strong team of CX Researchers, Insights Consultants, and Data Analysts across the (global) offices of BrandLoyalty to reinforce the strategy of the company based on data-driven decision making;
  • You work with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Product Portfolio, Client Marketing) to ensure the optimal fit of our campaigns with shoppers and a strong understanding of shopper behavior;
  • You join internal and external meetings to advise on CX/UX research and present research results to enforce impactful use of insights;
  • You act as an interface between the national sales offices and the Data Analytics & Insights team to support the design & evaluation of loyalty programs and data solutions.

Requirements

What qualities will you bring?

  • Master’s degree in Marketing Research, Psychology, Behavioral Science or another relevant field;
  • 3-6 years of experience working in Marketing, CX, or UX research - agency experience will be a plus;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Excellent numerical/analytical skills;
  • Advanced skills in SPSS and Excel;
  • Hands-on and problem-solving mentality;
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written (any additional language is a plus).
