De Jr. Project Coordinator Supply Chain beheert het ontwikkelingsproces en de tijdlijnen voor alle nieuwe productlanceringen en promotionele initiatieven. Daarnaast ondersteun je projecten op het gebied van portfoliosimplificatie (bijv. saving projecten of inkoopinitiatieven).De belangrijkste samenwerkingspartners binnen Project Coordinatie zijn onder meer: de regionale toeleveringsketen (inkoop, productie, kwaliteit en verpakkingen), Customer Service & Logistics, Artwork specialisten, Divisie en Global Marketing, Finance, Science & Technology, het wettelijk kader en US Network Operations. Kortom, je bent een spin in het internationale web!
Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Project opstartverzoeken: ondersteunen van Europa, Rusland en Japan bij het opstellen van tijdlijnen om nieuwe project opstartverzoeken te vergemakkelijken.
- Go to Market: ondersteunen bij het projectbeheer voor de commercialisering van alle nieuwe product-en promotionele lanceringen door het leiden van de projectvergaderingen (Manufacturing & Promotional Project Coordination). Je zorgt ervoor dat tijdlijnen worden bereikt, risico's beheersbaar zijn en producten geleverd volgens de afspraken. Daarnaast houd je alle belanghebbenden op de hoogte door het verstrekken van de vergadernotulen en tijdslijn-en matrixbestanden. Je werkt effectief samen met crossfunctionele teamleden en zorgt ervoor dat problemen tijdig worden aangepakt en gecommuniceerd. Je blijft in de tussentijd verbonden en op een lijn met US Network Operations voor productlanceringen uit de Verenigde Staten.
- Master Data & Artworks: Je verwerkt SKU-verzoeken en de aanvragen van nieuwe Artwork-projecten. Daarnaast volg je de voortgang van deze verzoeken als onderdeel van tijdlijnbeheer voor nieuwe product- en promotielanceringen.
- Portfolio simplificatie: ondersteunen van wereldwijde en regionale projecten op het gbied van formule harmonisatie en verpakkingsharmonisatie. Met als doel om kosten te verlagen en fabrieksflexibiliteit en service te verbeteren.
Education / Experience Requirements
- Bachelor diploma in bijv. Engineering, Food or Productie / Supply Chain;
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een (Food) Productie omgeving en / of Supply Chain;
- Vloeiend Engels;
- Inzicht in Productie / Supply Chain (productie, kwaliteit, planning) en het vermogen om deze te linken aan de commerciële behoeften (marketing);
- Toont het vermogen om projecten te implementeren, te bewaken en aan te passen wanneer noodzakelijk.
- Je bent in staat om meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd te beheren / prioriteren;
- Je beschikt over goede projectmanagement en communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je beschikt over sterke samenwerkingsvaardigheden om in (virtuele) cross functionele teams teams te werken.
Dit betreft in eerste instantie een tijdelijke positie voor de duur van 1 jaar via Adecco Payroll.
