For one of our clients in Rotterdam, an international company in IT services, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Care Representative to support their customers in the Benelux market. Are you a positive, ambitious, and service minded person, with a couple of years of experience in customer facing roles, and fluent in Dutch, French and English?
Then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for all customer enquiries, providing timely and exceptional service
- Provide information to the customers and handle complex cases by phone or email
- Liaise with other internal departments to ensure that customer issues or complaints are resolved efficiently
- Support sales with lead generation, contract renewals, etc.
- Actively seek new ways to help improve processes and propose changes to improve the quality of service delivered

Main Requirements:
- Fluent in both Dutch and French as well as English
- MBO/HBO education level
- 2-4 years of experience within a customer facing role
