Your Impact

As an Enterprise Architecture Consultant, your primary role is to create value and impact with clients by supporting them in focusing and setting up their Enterprise Architecture. You are constantly looking for sustainable and agile structures for Business Capabilities as well as Operating models and Platform set-up, which fit the business goals, vision and strategy of various organisations. In this role, you are responsible for programme management, implementation and guiding transformations both internally and externally.

To achieve these goals, you work closely with stakeholders to translate their vision into an agile and executable enterprise architecture. In addition, you motivate and coach the High Performance Team to jointly deliver the best results. In collaboration with our colleagues from the Practice 'Composable Enterprise Architecture', you will work on expanding the client portfolio for our practice.

Besides working on assignments, we think it is important that you get the space to work on your development and participate in events to keep up with the latest trends and technical developments. You will actively participate in the largest architecture community in the Netherlands, which includes architects from various practices within Ordina. This active community regularly holds knowledge sessions and serves as a source of questions on various issues. This helps us stay ahead and be true change makers.

Where you're going to get started

Within Ordina, we focus on sustainable solutions that make and keep organisations agile. In doing so, we not only help clients move technically with, for example, a transition to cloud hosting and SaaS services, but above all to respond quickly and effectively to what is happening in their market. The set-up of an integration function turns out to be a crucial success factor here.

That is why Ordina has set up a practice that focuses specifically on this. The Composable Enterprise Architecture practice is part of the IT & Architecture Transformation area and focuses on designing a coherent landscape of Business, Organisational and Technological capabilities that can continuously move with the changing ambitions of the organisation. It is a growing practice where you will find plenty of room to take initiatives!

Over 100 professionals work in this area, including enterprise, cloud & solution architects and business analysts. Together, we work on (new) propositions and make our clients agile without losing grip.
