Architectural draftsman
Hamlet Design+Build Technology is a young company that specializes in the design and construction of high-rise buildings in CLT. For the expansion of our team we are looking for a:
Architectural draftsman
In this position you will work closely with our architects and Bim modeller. You will be responsible for working out all technical details from VO to TO. This goes beyond the wood construction details, because Hamlet also designs its own total concepts for residential construction, but the basis is of course always solid CLT. In doing so, you think beyond the architectural side of your field, but also take into account that your designs must be able to be produced, transported and built efficiently. After all, many of our designs involve prefabricated solutions that are produced in a factory.
So you don't just think about your own field, but also consider the bigger picture when making choices and coming up with solutions.
What's in your backpack?
- An architectural education at HBO or WO level
- Excellent control of Revit
- Experience with working in BIM
- You work accurately and take responsibility for your work
- Excellent architectural insight
- Knowledge of materials and Dutch building regulations
- Interested in learning new software
- If you want you can also work on renders and visualizations
- You speak and write good English. Dutch is a plus
