Human Resource Business Partner - Aegon
This HRBP role will be to work as a partner with business managers and leaders across the Aegon Asset Management business. This is a functional role with responsibility for one or more areas in AAM, across various locations incl. NL, UK, US and Hungary.

Position Overview:
This HRBP role will be to work as a partner with business managers and leaders across the Aegon Asset Management business. This is a functional role with responsibility for one or more areas in AAM, across various locations incl. NL, UK, US and Hungary.The HRBP will work closely with the business on people related issues, including but not limited to Performance, Talent Development, recruitment, work force planning, and employee relations.
Previous experience working with the NL work council and understanding of CLA’s in a HR capacity essential as well as previous HRBP experience in a similar or related field.
Responsibilities: (List below)
- Provide Performance Mngt guidance (individual/team performance, development, coaching)
- Advising on organisational structure (work force planning, design, organisational change, reorganisation)
- Advising on hiring and recruitment, including compensation matters
- Advising on culture, I&D and well being topics
- Advising on employee relation issues
- Coordinating and advising on talent management issues
- Collaborating with HR subject matters experts in AAM and/or Aegon
- Contributing and/or coordinating cross HR project initiatives in AAM and/or in Aegon
- Facilitating business process, approvals, HR audits, HR management information
- Engage and advise management on practices for Total Rewards compensation programs in relation to performance management (include for Senior as well)
- Work with social parties and works council for implementing HR/organizational changes with impact on people (include for Senior as well)
Educational, Training & Competence Requirements
- HR or business management qualifications or degree
Knowledge, Skills and Core capabilities
- International HR experience, specifically NL employee relations and work councils
- Advising and communication skills
- Project Management knowledge
- Good sense of humor
