As an Azure Database Administrator at Salta Group, you contribute to lifelong learning for everyone. You ensure that the databases perform optimally and are secure, thereby keeping our IT environment stable and enabling us to achieve new developments.

Some examples of your tasks include:

• Setting up and configuring Azure SQL databases.
• Securing environments and databases.
• Daily management of databases and software.
• Ensuring performance and optimization of databases in collaboration with operations.
• Participation in IT projects based on your expertise.

Developments in the IT field at Salta Group are happening very quickly. You can count on a lot of action and new products and projects. We are transitioning from outsourcing to in-house development, which presents opportunities. From groundbreaking automation development to modernizing complex legacy software, there are plenty of challenges. Junior colleagues learn from their mid-level and senior teammates, and vice versa. • Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Have up-to-date knowledge of Azure SQL database (IaaS, PaaS).
• Have experience with ETL processes and preferably also with BI.
• Have good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Preferably possess Azure DP certification.
