This pivotal role demands a proficient team lead who can instill structure, professionalism, and direction within the technology team, fostering seamless operations and sustainable growth.

• Continuously evaluate and enhance workflows in accordance with industry best practices.

Mastery in React, alongside the ability to conduct comprehensive code reviews, is imperative. The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering).
• Proven experience in spearheading front-end software development teams.
• Proficiency in team building, encompassing recruitment and training across various seniority levels.
• Good communication and collaboration proficiencies.
