BlooLoc is a young High Tech company with headquarters in Hasselt and R&D office in
Leuven, Belgium. We offer smart services based on indoor positioning. Our products
have applications in Logistics, Industry and Smart buildings with customers across the
globe.
As a Key Account Manager, you play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing
relationships with customers. Your responsibilities revolve around managing customer
accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: building and maintaining strong
needs, addressing concerns and providing solutions to enhance their experience.
- Account Planning and Strategy: developing strategies to grow accounts and
cross-selling products/services.
- As a junior/medior profile you will work closely together with our CCO.

Qualifications and qualities- Master’s Degree.
- Experience in Sales/Account management in a B2B industry.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively conveying ideas,
written communication in Dutch and English. French and German are considered
a plus.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: you need to be adept at identifying issues and finding
our internal teams.
- Ability to learn: a deep technical understanding of the products or services
customers and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Project Management: managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously
of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Customer Service Orientation: putting the customer’s needs first and ensuring
responsive to inquiries, providing support when needed and actively seeking
feedback.
- Analyzing data and metrics to track account performance and identify areas for
scores and other relevant KPIs.
- Negotiation Skills: negotiating contracts, pricing and terms with customers
- Working closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing and customer
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and customer needs is crucial in a
- Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: understanding the customer’s perspective,
mutual respect.
