Work partially remote from the comfort of your home, and enjoy the energy of a great international team.
As a Full-time German service desk agent, you will be the main link between several international branches of the company and its departments. 

Furthermore, you will perform several tasks during your day:
Answering incoming questions from the several international branches of the company;
Dealing with questions regarding HR, finance, IT and real estate;
Finding and connecting with the right department that can help solve the issue
Investigating solutions for complex problems
Keeping track of the inquiries in the system
