Accounts Receivable accountant (French market)

We are looking for immediately a Accounts Receivable Accountant in Utrecht for a European SSC of a well known fastfood company with focus on the French entities.

To optimize and professionalize the organization, our client has set up a European SSC in Utrecht. To strengthen the AR team (Accounts Receivable), a vacancy has been made for an Accounts Receivable employee who wants to strengthen the AR. In the market, the term Employee Billing & Collections or Employee Order to Cash process is also used for this role. The AR team consists of 4 employees and an intern.

The most important tasks and responsibilities for the AR Accountant are the following:

• Ensuring the correct, timely and complete weekly billing and collection batch;
• Taking care of debtor administration;
• Creating insight into and overview of debtor positions (including debtors such as Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Thuisbezorgd);
• Give output to Accounts Receivable;
• Pick up ad hoc activities.

This is a full time commitment (40 hours).

Functie eisen

The following job requirements are set for this finance vacancy:

• Minimum HBO working and thinking level;
• Approximately 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience;
• Experience of working in an international company;
• Energetic personality;
• Communicative;
• Proficiency in the French language.
