Together with our dedicated team, you will ensure that our systems run smoothly and that our colleagues are fully supported in their daily tasks. Your role as an Application Manager:
As an Application Administrator on our AquaDistri team, you will be the crucial link ensuring that the functionality of our ERP application (Kerridge Wholesale) remains optimal for all our nine member companies, as well as associated programmes such as WMS and Beeyond (PIM). Your responsibilities also include closely monitoring the quality of master data, ensuring that it remains accurate and reliable.

You derive great satisfaction from always being ready to support your colleagues. Together with the ICT manager, you are the first point of contact for questions relating to our ERP application. You take the time to list your colleagues’ user requirements and make sure they are fully up-to-date when new applications become available in our ERP systems.

You also use your own time to identify and address possible optimisations and innovations, thereby continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems. You maintain regular contact with the ERP supplier and management in order to proactively address and resolve possible problems with the applications.

• You are a real pro at organising, analysing and optimising application management.
• You enjoy working independently, but have a team spirit to help your colleagues when needed.
• Fluent communication in both Dutch and English is your trademark for effective communication within our international team.
• You are flexible with infectious drive and a good dose of enthusiasm;
• Your hands-on approach and proactive attitude ensures daily progress and continuously stimulates the effectiveness of our systems
• Developing new skills is in your DNA; You are always eager to learn and grow.

You are armed with the following skills:

• You have at least 2 years of proven experience as an application administrator.
• You have the ability to think and work at HBO level.
• Experience with WMS systems, preferably with knowledge of Actemium.
• You are a pro and experienced in MS Office 365 and Excel.
• Analytical thinking skills are an absolute must, enabling you to identify and solve complex problems in this dynamic environment.
• We see extensive experience with the ERP system Kerridge Wholesale as a valuable addition.
• Familiarity with Oracle Hyperion and Excel ODBC is considered an additional asset for more effective role performance.

Your work environment at AquaDistri:

We are AquaDistri B.V. a proud branch of the Aquatic Wholesale Group. We supply an extensive range of products, including ornamental- and pond fish, aquarium plants and reptiles, to more than 3,500 shops both nationally and internationally! At our logistics centre in Klundert, everything comes together – from goods to fish and plants – to collect and prepare orders for shipment. We take care of transport ourselves, with our own team of drivers and together with transport partners.
