We are New10, a financial service scale-up initiated by ABN AMRO Bank. At New10 we believe that business financing should be easy and accessible. We are on a quest to transform the financing ecosystem by using the speed and innovative strength of a fintech with the expertise and funding of a bank to deliver a fast, simple and clear financing experience to SME businesses. To support our growth towards this ambition, we’re looking for a Salesforce Engineer.

We’re looking for someone who has...

  • Multiple years of experience as a Salesforce engineer
  • Expertise with Sales and Service Clouds
  • A good understanding of Salesforce features such as LWC, flows, approval processes, Apex, etc.
  • Competency with the Salesforce CLI, second-generation managed packaging, event-driven architecture, mocking, dependency Injection
  • In addition to technical skills, the successful applicant should possess durable skills such as emotional intelligence, empathy, communication, (self-)leadership, organisation, time management, presentation skills. These are only some examples.

A big plus if you have experience with any of...

  • FFLIB: Apex Enterprise Framework
  • AT4DX: Advanced Technologies to Adopt Salesforce DX Unlocked Packages Framework
  • Integration patterns
  • Expertise with FSC and OmniStudio (Document Generation, Data Raptors, OmniScript, Business Rules Engine)
  • Microservice architecture and concepts
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience as a Java or JavaScript developer
  • A computer science degree

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate on architecture, technical design and the building of applications so that together with fellow software engineers you help to improve the team’s competency
  • Produce clean, stable, fast and well-architected code
  • Own the quality of the code you produce by taking measures to build it in and keep it high. This includes writing unit, integration and E2E tests
  • Own and operate New10’s Salesforce platform together with your teammates by rotating through on-call incident management shifts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies
  • Closely collaborate and ensure alignment with the rest of the team – frontend, backend, PO, business analyst, UX designer and data analyst
  • Review MRs/PRs and exchange feedback with peers
