Customer consultant, customer development & growth through AT
The purpose of the role is to act as a customer consultant, responsible for customer development & growth through AT adoption through Value-Added services & project implementation, customer training & support of implementing AT in customer practice, demonstration of economic & medical benefits of AT technology implementation within the Clinic
The territory will be everywhere North of Amsterdam and Utrecht and also encompass Arnhem.
Major Accountabilities
- Own & drive AT-dominant Account development projects implementation
- Present to HCP and Clinic Managers benefits of AT innovations
- Demonstrate economic & medical benefits of AT technology implementation within the Clinic
- Business consulting to cataract centers with the aim to grow their AT business
- Evaluate customer business to provide personalized guidance, training and tools to improve the overall patient experience & develop AT business further
- Differentiate Alcon AT Products from competition from clinical & value perspective
- Ensure technical excellence in the OR to support of Alcon AT usage
- Liaise with CAS to ensure excellent customer clinical training
- Deployment of Value-Added Services, projects & training to support patient flow, selection & conversion to increase AT adoption
- Drive and Participate in conventions, trainings and educational events & activities with HCP’s
- Drive more in-depth technical/clinical discussion of a AT products required to generate demand and/or implement solutions
- Initiate and drive local events that serve customer´s needs
Background
(Key elements of the job requirements)Qualifications:
- Experience in Medical Devices, especially in Ophthalmology/Optometry
Languages:
- Knowledge of the local Language
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
Experience:
- Clinic/Patient work experience
- Knowledge of patient selection, conversion and promoting to patients concepts in a Cataract Refractive private clinic setup
- Training & Coaching experience is preferable
- Clinical/medical/HEOR project implementation
Competencies:
- Consultant/mentor approach/mentality
- Knowledge of how to use different Biometry/Diagnostics tools
- Understanding of optics concepts, diffractive, refractive, bifocal and trifocal solutions, PCO impact etc.
