Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer you have a challenging role. You will learn all aspects of mobile Android computers, barcode scanning, tablets, and our mobile device management systems by working at the service desk. This is where questions from our clients come in about systems that have already been delivered. You also support the configuration of products that have been repaired, or that are delivered for new projects.

Within a few years you have progressed to the position of independent project engineer in which you are able to design, configure, and commission solutions yourself for our clients.

What we ask:

• MBO working and thinking level
• Knowledge of WiFi and TCP/IP networks
• You are service-oriented, have good communication skills and work accurately
• Able to work independently and keep good documentation on all service activities
• You have problem-solving skills and you keep an overview in a hectic environment where various processes run simultaneously
• Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
• Relevant work experience, preferably at least three years, in an ICT / support position
• In possession of a valid driver’s license B
• You are available for 40 hours a week
