what can you expect in this role?

Current Institutional Collegiate Partnerships

• Serve as primary contact for collegiate and community partners which operate peer-to-peer fundraising programs. Coordinate internal and external requests for materials, speakers, training and support resources to ensure the peer-to-peer programs are executed effectively and the partnership objectives are being met.
• Serve as official EGPAF representative at campus events and student leadership
• conferences around the country. Develop, and make presentations at each event.
• Manage EGPAF’s role as beneficiary of collegiate Dance Marathon events, specifically focusing on participant cultivation and campus retention. Assist students in executing efficient P2P events and maximizing fundraising potential of respective communities. 
• Advise fundraisers and participants on fundraising best practices as well as HIV/AIDS cause education.
• Manage EGPAF guest speaker’s participation in campus and community events. 
• Manage the philanthropic partnership with sorority Alpha Epsilon Phi. Maintain and grow relationship with organization Headquarters staff and alumni volunteer advisors.
• Implement communications and stewardship plans for nearly fifty campus chapters.

Prospective Institutional P2P Partnerships

• Develop a prospecting strategy to acquire new P2P partners, both through existing institutional EGPAF partnerships and through cultivation of new partnerships. 
• Conduct prospect research for new P2P partnerships and areas of revenue through new programs such as races, corporate employee engagement programs, etc. 
• Cultivate, mentor and steward new partnerships with that focus on fundraising and awareness building efforts, to add to program revenue goals.
• Write and develop complete proposals and applicant materials to submit to current and prospective partners. 
• In coordination with Development team members, support DIY fundraising initiatives by individual and corporate partners.

Systems and Program Administration 

• Support a moves management process for all P2P donors and participants. Coordinate with Development team to create pipeline process to continue communications and solicitation of P2P fundraisers.
• Manage Fundraising system which supports EGPAF’s P2P fundraising activities. Set up and maintain websites for Dance Marathon and AEPhi events. Support platform upgrades (as needed), manage reporting functionalities, and manage and resolve fundraiser and donor inquires. Develop and maintain email marketing program for Fundraising platform, including writing emails, segmenting communications, and updating EGPAF messaging. Manage, troubleshoot, and oversee implementation of platform plug-in to Salesforce CRM. Work closely with Development team members to assess and strengthen the integration of data entry and reporting between peer-to-peer fundraising platform and Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain regular performance reporting and revenue analysis within Development, as well as with P2P program representatives.

To be successful, you will have:

• 4+ years of relevant marketing, fundraising and/or partnership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline
• Experience with peer to peer/grassroots fundraising
• Ability to coordinate, monitor, and track multiple and complex projects simultaneously.
