What you will be doing

You are the driving force in customer satisfaction, together with the team specialising in the after-sales phase. Thus, you manage multiple yachts in terms of work preparation, execution, and alignments. These include both yachts that are newly built, and yachts that are converted in refit projects.

This role in a nutshell:

Monitoring

You oversee the work in alignment with the customer regarding work preparation and execution. This will in turn ensure a smooth transition to the post- completion phase.

Supervise

You provide functional guidance to the customers and their teams, so that the customer experience is optimal. Your goal is to let the customers set sail with an assured feeling.

Planning

You ensure an optimal process when service work needs to be carried out after delivery of the yachts.

Consulting

Besides your colleagues, you advise other stakeholders in the project environments to ensure high quality.

Report

For your assigned project(s), you prepare reports of work activities, progress, and forecasts.

Communicate

You will be the first point of contact for the client to provide a short and clear form of communication, in addition to keeping other stakeholders informed, both internally and externally.

Travel

You will mainly work from Tijssen's office in Oss. Occasionally you may have to travel to the customer and work from the other locations of our offices abroad. You will then be in France or Spain for a few days, for example.

Salary

€ 3500 - € 4700 based on full-time employment.

Who you are

You have experience in a role where you provide service. You know how to make connections easily and get satisfaction from the strong social aspect of this work. Organising and coordinating are no unfamiliar skills to you, and you manage this effortlessly.

What you need for this role:

• A degree in electrical engineering or similar;
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing;
• A social personality, you know how to successfully create new contacts;
• Organisational skills;
• Willingness to travel.
