Manager Finance Operations
As Manager Finance Operations you establish highly effective processes for the day to day financial operations of this fast-paced, rapidly growing global high-tech company. You will implement automation and robotization to enable the team to work efficiently and to process a high volume of transactions. Fast and accurate, so your team of seven can focus on managing exceptions and continuous improvement of the processes.
You will report to the Chief Accounting Officer and will also work closely with the other managers and teams within the CFO domain.
Other responsibilities:
- Automation of the P2P process
- Redesign all transactional financial processes (AP, AR, payroll, bank, expenditure, cash)
- Establish KPI’s and reporting, create a clear dashboard
- Participate in the selection and implementation of a new ERP system
- Participate in the integration of foreign administrations
- Participate in designing IT General Controls
- Continuously improve the way of working and processes
- Coach, drive and motivate the team
Profile
You are an expert in process improvement. If a process is broken, you know how to fix it. And if there is none, you implement one. With a background in transactional finance, you understand what your team’s working on and what challenges they encounter. You believe in automation and robotization, so your team will be able to scale up with the business easily. Preferably, you have been trained in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black belt)You are a connector: of people, information and processes. You oversee what needs to be done and you set the right priorities. And above all, you’re trustworthy, transparent and reliable; you walk the talk. Your strong communication skills and your curiosity make you blend in easily with the diverse team in this informal and open organization.
You have:
- A bachelor/master degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in international business
- Deep understanding of transactional financial processes
- Experience in implementing an ERP system
- Great analytical skills, executive power and a hands-on mentality
You are:
- Dutch speaking & reading
- IT savvy,
- A change manager, together with your team you continuously ‘raise the bar’
- Resourceful, responsible, practical and well-organized
- Curious and with a genuine interest in the company’s business
