Within this fast-moving environment we are looking for a Document Coordinator to be fulltime based in Bergschenhoek.
In this role you are responsible for the creation of documentation sets to accompany the seed shipments globally. You will be part of a team of 11 people (2 located in Bergschenhoek en 9 located in Enkhuizen). In Bergschenhoek focus is on sending out all types of sample shipments worldwide. In this position you will be reporting to the Document Supervisor.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Document Coordinator you are primarily responsible for the document creation and shipments of commercial orders, stock transfers to other Bayer entities worldwide and samples to third parties and Bayer entities worldwide.

Phytosanitary certificates creation (in Client Export software).
Creation of any necessary documents.
Providing, supporting and advising our internal customers about the necessary requirements for certain destinations.
Organize export shipments of sales orders and stock transfers
to deliver to customers and Bayer entities first time right.
Execute the administration linked to documentation and transport activities.
Work efficiently and effectively against set deadlines to get documentation prepared in time.
Evaluate and validate if documentation is compliant with
Bayer
and country regulations.
Creation of
documents/legalizations and accompanying correspondence and administrative tasks for export and EU shipments.
Putting together a file per shipment so that correct
invoice
settlement can take place.
Determining the appropriate means of transport from destination, product type, shipping and delivery time perspective.
Preparing transport orders and entering into agreements concerning capacity and loading/unloading times.
Handling export orders with documentary money transfers (Letters of Credit).
Supplying and gathering information from various internal departments concerning transport matters, conditions, etc.
WHO YOU ARE

We are seeking for a professional who possesses the following qualifications:
Bachelor level administrative education (HBO) or equivalent.
At least two years
of experience in a similar position, preferably in the agricultural industry.
Experience in Sales Order Processing Systems.
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Basic knowledge of Dutch.
Attention to details, pro-active approach.
Strong Excel skills. SAP experience.
Ability to self-motivate and maintain a positive attitude, with the desire to be an integral contributor to the completion of organizational projects and goals.
