Digital Transformation Consultant
.

You love:

bringing processes, IT and people together.
optimising the services provided by public administrations and/or the health sector.
guiding, advising and transforming organisations into digital, customer-oriented, sustainable and agile organisations, from analysis to implementation.

working on projects in the field of digitization, transformation, innovation, business intelligence, process automation… , depending on your expertise.

following a new pathway together with your customer by means of a digital strategy, data collection and analysis, interviews with stakeholders, roadmaps, organising workshops, process designs…

disentangle complex issues and design and implement a digital strategy, with a very close link to the business.

Our ideal Digital Transformation Consultant:

holds a relevant degree (such as Economics, Business Engineering, Public Administration, IT...).
already has five years of experience with digital transformation of processes and/or change management.
speaks fluently Dutch and/or French.
has strong intrinsic problem-solving and analytical skills.
is flexible, curious and likes variety and taking initiative.
is customer-oriented, a team player and a convincing communicator.
