As the Discipline Manager for E&I Design, you will be responsible for the overall management of the E&I design discipline, ensuring the successful execution of projects and the development of our team. Your extensive experience in E&I design, coupled with exceptional leadership skills, will drive the success of our projects and teams.What do you need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in an engineering company, with at least 20 years in E&I design for basic and detailed engineering projects.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing E&I design teams during detailed engineering.
- Experience with greenfield lump-sum projects and offshore platform design.
- Familiarity with HV substations design.
- Exceptional communication and editing skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
