Job Description:

Accenture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Security Senior Manager to join our dynamic team in Europe. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering Oracle cloud security solutions, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, to our clients, ensuring the protection of their sensitive data and critical assets in the cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and management of Oracle cloud security solutions for clients across various industries, with expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

Provide guidance and expertise in securing Oracle Cloud, including identity and access management, application security, data encryption, and security monitoring.

Implement custom job role design security controls and best practices for securing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud.

Develop and implement cloud security policies, procedures, and best practices to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with clients to understand their cloud security needs and recommend tailored solutions to address their challenges.
Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to drive excellence in service delivery.
Stay abreast of the latest Oracle cloud security trends, technologies, and vulnerabilities to proactively identify and address potential threats.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and recommendations to enhance their cloud security posture.

Job Qualifications:
Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in Oracle cloud security, with a focus on securing both Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security and Oracle Fusion Cloud security services.
• Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and standards (e.g., CSA Cloud Controls Matrix, CIS Oracle Cloud Security Benchmark).
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex cloud security projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels.
• Relevant certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect, Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are preferred.
