The Quality Control employee is responsible for the correct execution of quality control on raw materials and end products within the agreed timeframe. He or she releases products if they fall within the desired specification and blocks the raw materials and end products when they fall out of spec.

Quality Control monitors hygiene and performs hygiene rounds in the production process and manages the equipment that is being used to perform quality control.

Furthermore Quality Controle supports by setting up analysis plans for raw material, end products and the hygiene monitoring within the production process. In your role you will report to the QHSE Manager.

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Performing QC analyzes on raw materials and end products

Managing methods that are being used to perform quality control

• Maintenance and calibration of the analysis equipment
• Validation of analyses equipment
• Keeping an analysis schedule for different products
• Managing sample storage of end products for the purpose of traceability
• Issue a Certificate of Analyses for end products
• Ensuring a good design of the ERP system with respect to raw materials and end products

About you

• MBO+/HBO level
• At least 1 year of work experience in a laboratory/with ERP system
• Knowlegde of food/technology
• Communication skills in Dutch and English
• Teamplayer, accurate, result driven
