HR Generalist, Leading Chinese Car Brand

For our client, a premium car manufacturer from China, we are searching for an HR Generalist in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

Managing a high-volume pipeline of candidates across various technical positions
Pre-screen all new applications and identify applicants who passed the qualification requirements as per job specifications
Organize schedules of exam for candidates and prepare necessary documents
Contribute to strategic planning in order to resolve manpower needs
Schedule initial, technical & final interviews for shortlisted candidates
Helps the HR Head to organize the company Chart (Organizational Chart)
Manages Performance Appraisal and feedback Schedule and prepare documentation needed for all employees
Handles HR Team Building activities and other related events
Assists in payroll and government statutory reports field work from time to time
Other related tasks may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor degree or above;
Experience: more than 2-5 years of related work experience preferably in the automotive industry;
Good English Communication Skills
Can travel/Commute on Site is a MUST
Strong management ability to communicate with the Leaders and Employees
