Trading Support Analyst

The Trade Support Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring strong execution and settlement of trades within our Execution Services business line. This position involves providing operational support, reconciling trade breaks and fees, and collaborating with Optiver’s Sales, Trading and on boarding teams. The Trade Support Analyst will contribute to maintaining accurate trade records, complying with regulatory requirements, and implementing process improvements for enhanced efficiency. The role requires a strong understanding of financial products, trade and settlement lifecycle for equity options, effective problem solving and communication skills.

What you’ll do:

• Provide best-in-class customer support for trade execution and settlement processes
• Manage the pre/post trade lifecycle in close collaboration with Optiver’s Sales, Trading, Onboarding, Brokerage and Compliance teams
• Produce and send trade confirmations and manage post-trade allocation process
• Work closely with Brokerage team, Customers and Prime Brokers to reconcile fee discrepancies and ensure timely receipt of outstanding brokerage fees
• Assist with regulatory reporting validations (CAT, 606)
• Collaborate with Optiver’s Trading Technology and Development teams and third-party service providers to support and enhance trade workflows and service offering

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field
• Previous experience (2+ years) in trade support or operations role within a broker-dealer, bank or trading firm
• Strong understanding of financial products (equity options), trade lifecycle, and settlement processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to code preferred
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Series 7 and/or 99 preferred

Below is the annual base salary, not including discretionary bonus eligibility. Offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
