Senior IT Systems Administrator

As IT System Administrator you will need to implement, maintain, support and develop our company’s IT environment. Your role is to achieve the goal of providing maximum performance for clients, staff, suppliers and customers. Next to this, you will be responsible for delivering IT Support to the Kinly Business, maintaining complex IT infrastructure, hosting multiple IT environments and unified communications (UC) platforms.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide 2nd/3rd line IT support to Kinly staff as part of the Global IT Team.

Administering and maintaining Kinly IT infrastructure:
Level 1-5 (1-None, 2-Junior, 3-Medium, 4-Senior, 5-Expert)

• Windows 10
• Windows servers (4/5)
• Active Directory and Azure AD (5)
• VMware (5)
• Veeam (3/4)
• Microsoft SQL Server (4)
• Exchange (5)
• Cisco routers. switches and firewalls (4/5)

As our Senior IT System Administrator you will be actively monitoring our IT infrastructure. You will also keep in close contact with outsourced suppliers for issues and maintenance and participate in the planning, evaluation and implementation of new technologies.

Who are we looking for?

For this role we are looking for a service oriented professional with solid experience in a customer-oriented ICT environment. It would be beneficial if you happen to have experience in the Telecom or Video-Conference industry already. You also have good understanding of what the business and its users need and expect from IT systems.

Next to this you bring the following experience and skills:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Mentorship and leadership qualities;
• Customer and result oriented;
• Excellent problem solving skills;
• ITIL Foundation Certification;
• IT service management;
• Skills in: VM Ware, Veeam, MS SQL, Exchange, AD, Azure & SharePoint;
• Both Dutch and English language abilities

Given the global scope of this role, you should have the flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required and be willing to travel to other company offices.
