Are you a seasoned credit risk professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a team of experts? Our client, one of the leading banks in Amsterdam, is seeking a highly experienced Manager Credit Risk. As part of their dynamic and ambitious team, you will be responsible for driving success through your exceptional leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• degree or higher education level
• 7 years' experience working within banking sector
• track record with credit risk modelling preferred

Skills:

• Skills: The ideal candidate should have excellent people management ability as they would be overseeing other members on the risk modelling teams.
• Modelling Expertise : Should possess strong analytical skills that can help detect potential problems before it becomes too late by developing effective models like scorecards etc.
• & Interpersonal Abilities : Must display good communication abilities both verbally and written so that stakeholders are aware about any risks involved while making decisions.

Responsibilities :

• guidance/directions to junior staff under supervision
• possible areas where there might occur losses due weaknesses/inefficiencies identified during reviews/stress testing exercises conducted periodically.
• strategies aimed at reducing these loss occurrences using innovative approaches such as predictive analytics/scoring systems among others
