Maintenance Team Leader

Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for a maintenance team leader

Maintenance Team Leader,

you are part of the

Engineering

Team reporting directly to the

Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

• You will focus on the daily maintenance of all areas as well as preventive maintenance to ensure guests enjoy the utmost comfort during their stay
• You will locate technical failures and make sure they get solved
• You will conduct inspection rounds in the hotel
• You will contact third parties in case of failures which cannot be solved by the team
• You will operate and ensure the proper functioning of the STP (Gebouwbeheerssysteem)
• You make sure the Engineers are assigned to their tasks according to the business demands
• You take care of administrative tasks related to the Engineering department

Qualifications

• You have great language skills in English and preferably in Dutch as well
• You have technical insight and affinity with repair work
• It is not a problem for you to work in rotating shifts (morning/evening) and weekends once per month
• You have experience in leading a team
• You are eligible to work in the Netherlands
• You thrive through the buzz of working in a dynamic team and in a great hotel
• You are eager to learn and grow
• You are ready for a new challenge

Preferred qualifications

• You have a year work experience in preferably a similar position
• BHV
• SVH Certificate
• Basic Dutch Knowledge
