Function description

The Office Manager is the internal coordinator for facility related topics and projects. Supportive to Director and his management team in collecting input for project plans and periodic, complete information and communication flow.

What are your tasks?
  • Coordination of facility related topics including potential cost savings (reception, postal service, catering, housekeeping, security, housing and building management);
  • Collecting input for KPI’s and RCCM’s and gatekeeper for a timely follow-up;
  • Coordination of project plans including timely follow-up by project owners;
  • First point of contact for internal communication and information flow;
  • Meeting minutes for the Management Team and Works Council.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in facility, secretary or comparable (MBO+/HBO- Level);
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, German is a plus;
  • 3 – 5 years relevant working experience preferably in an international organisation;
