Als je uitblinkt in het besturen van een empty handler, dan is dit een geweldige kans voor jou! Deze positie opent de deur naar groeimogelijkheden en biedt de mogelijkheid voor een vaste aanstelling. We zijn op zoek naar meerdere ervaren empty handler chauffeurs!

Wat ga jij doen?
Binnen deze logistieke rol ben je hoofdzakelijk bezig met het besturen van de empty handler. Als chauffeur van de empty handler draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het laden en lossen van verschillende containers. Je verplaatst zware containers zowel over korte als lange afstanden.

Verder omvat je takenpakket:

• Verwijderen of plaatsen van containers op vrachtwagens
• Positioneren van containers op de juiste plek in het depot
• Verplaatsen van containers binnen het terrein, inclusief het wisselen van containers voor reparatie en reiniging
• Bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van de stapelruimte
• Assisteren bij het positioneren van containers voor de kraan op de kade
• Nauwkeurig bijhouden van verplaatsingen in het systeem

Bovendien beschik je over:

• Een geldig Empty Handler-certificaat
• Ervaring als Empty Handler chauffeur
• Een focus op nauwkeurig én veilig werken
• Kennis van gebruikelijke handgebaren/uitdrukkingen en het vermogen om instructies via een portofoon op te volgen
• Flexibiliteit wat betreft inzetbaarheid op verschillende depots en qua overwerk
• Bereidheid om in ploegendiensten te werken
