Project Lead
HCM Medical is a young Contract Manufacturing Organization which develops and manufactures innovative and unique biological implants from human donor material, animal tissue or polymer based. HCM Medical offers a dynamic, challenging en varied position within an international orientated medical organisation.
Due to the growth of the organization, HCM Medical is hiring a new colleague. You will work in the Project Department as Project Lead. Our project team is a small, young team involved in the development and implementation of new processes and biological products. As Project Lead you will be responsible of various customer-oriented projects. Your function include: first point of contact for customer, set-up of manufacturing process in close collaboration with the customer, project documentation and implementation in accordance with ISO 13485 and cGMP guidelines, training of executive personal on manufacturing process.
Your profile
- Completed education is the field of Biochemical Engineering or a related study
- HBO level of thinking
- Excellent command in English in speaking and writing, Dutch is a plus
- Knowledge about MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in the development of medical devices is a plus
- Experience with ISO and cGMP guidelines is a plus
- Able to work independently but also in a team
- Proactive and flexible work attitude
- Good communication skills

- Availability of 40 hours a week
