At ParkBee we optimize the use of existing parking spaces. We work together with property owners, ensure the best experience for car drivers, and most important of all, give space back to the city!
In order to do all that, we invest a lot in building strong relationships with our clients. To make the next step in our growth journey we’re looking for a Client Success Manager to assist our clients in adopting and optimising our digital parking products in order to drive business value to the next level to achieve our bold mission, become the leading online parking platform in Europe!

As our Client Success Manager, you’ll be working right in the middle of the ParkBee acquisitions heart. You’ll be responsible for a variety of Real Estate and Hotel clients and ensure smooth onboarding. On a day-to-day basis this means, collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to encourage contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. As a natural problem solver, you get a lot of energy from facilitating meetings with decision-makers and key stakeholders in order to identify, create, and implement internal process improvements to increase efficiency. Establishing and nurturing strong relationships, creating brand ambassadors and being a trusted advisor for business decision-makers, are second nature to you.To ensure optimal success, and help our clients shape their strategic vision around the use of our products, you collaborate closely with sales, support, product, and operations. As our client advocate, you’ll help to push for feature requests and resolve escalations.

- Have 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, account management, or customer success role
- Have the ability to multi-task and provide excellent follow-ups. You are excited about working in a fast-paced, multiple account environment
- Have an understanding of SaaS/Cloud solutions and you have an affinity with technology. Bonus if you have experience with SalesForce
- Have a customer-centric approach, are able to identify client’s needs and understand conversion and sales cycles
- Are fluent and flawless in Dutch and English
- We are looking for an analytical, creative person with great communication skills. You are a proactive person with the know-how on how to provide the best client experience. You do this efficiently, with a passion to make everyone happy and useful
