Are you a natural salesperson with persuasive skills and does it come naturally to you to proactively approach customers? In connection with the growth of our organization/department and the desire to achieve commercial objectives, for our head office located in Grou we are looking for a Inside Sales Representative (B2B)

What will you be doing?

  • Develop initiatives/ideas with your colleagues to achieve the set commercial objectives.
  • Proactively approach customers from a commercial perspective with natural conviction.
  • Coordinate the entire customer journey; from intake to delivery.
  • Maintain (commercial) contact with customers, account managers, and colleagues.
  • Handle the administrative processing of phone calls and appointments made.
  • Support account managers and schedule customer visits.
  • Keep the customer database up-to-date.
  • Follow up on various marketing activities.
  • Participate in commercial activities, such as fairs and tours.

What are we asking of you?

  • You possess natural persuasive power, making achieving commercial objectives no problem for you.
  • You are proactive in achieving results and thus come up with initiatives to improve the team result.
  • You have an excellent command of Swedish and/or Finnish, as well as English, in both spoken and written form.
  • Proficiency in another Nordic language, besides Swedish and Finnish, is also a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Having an affinity with the technical industry and/or electronic components is a plus.
