Agile Project Manager

On the one hand, you are a coach for the development team. Thanks to your coaching leadership style, you help the team to excel, support the group manager of the team members with a focus on personal development. On the other hand, you monitor the scope and budget to achieve the objectives. You do not shy away from difficult conversations and naturally, you provide improvement suggestions to ensure Kabisa continues to professionalize. If necessary, you act decisively and critically to monitor quality. You possess a strong sense of self-reflection and are not afraid to make tough decisions. You steer both the customer and the team from start to finish.

You understand better than anyone that you always overcome significant challenges and achieve the best results when you unite a group of excellent specialists into a cohesive team. Close collaboration with customers, developers, architects, scrum masters and product owners is crucial in this role. Together as a team, you constantly develop innovative solutions for our customers!

What are you going to do?

With a results-oriented mindset, you structure projects and facilitate the processes to achieve a good end result.
You are the point of contact on the delivery of the agreed technical solutions. You support our customers in arriving at a product that fits within time and budget without sacrificing quality. You see commercial opportunities and exploit them. You understand the characteristics of high-performing development teams and have a wide range of tools at your disposal to guide a team towards greater dynamism, collaboration, and effectiveness.

You ensure that requirements are collected, tests are passed and you are on standby at go-live.

What we expect from you

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree level of education, supplemented with Agile certifications.
Experience in securing innovative digital projects from A to Z.
Experience excelling multidisciplinary teams through coaching leadership.
Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) and working in complex organizations.
A strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager and custom software development company.
