Finance assistent
What will you do?
NOMOBO is growing fast and therefore the Finance team is looking for a new talent! Do you have 1 to 3 years of experience, do you know how to meet deadlines and are you up for a challenge? Then read this!- Process the invoices and ensure that everything is paid on time, as soon as something is not
- right then you contact the supplier or the internal departments to solve it.
- You are responsible for the preparation of payments.
- You check all personnel declarations and credit card payments.
- You are responsible for all accounts payable and receivable activities.
- You will assist our Finance Controller with the preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports.
- Your knowledge of accounting policies, rules and all other finance regulations ensures that everything is set up correctly at our company and we meet the right standards.
Who are you?
- You have to have 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Exact and Basecone is a plus!
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages orally and written.
- We are proactive and see every day as a new challenge!
- We like to work towards results and you work accurately.
- You work independently and have problem-solving abilities.
- You live in the area of Amsterdam.
