We are currently looking for a Project Lead – Computer Vision to join the team in The Hague.Your Role
As a Project Lead you will have the possibility to manage diverse projects, mainly focused on R&D of knowledge and technology, granting a positive work atmosphere within the team, contributing for the cooperation between multidisciplinary teams, consulting with managers and business developers, defining the projects vision and implementation, and maintaining a close contact with the clients acting as a true partner.Working in a dynamic research group, you will interact with colleagues with different expertise and backgrounds and, together you are responsible to create groundbreaking applications within the field of Computer Vision, AI, and Deep Learning. The impact of these projects in today’s society is significant, as you interact with fields such as Defense, Security/Safety, and Medical.
Your Profile
Requirements:
- Complete MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or similar field
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Lead, Project Manager, or similar working
- Affinity with the Defense and Security domains, having a considerable network
- Knowledge of Computer Vision and Robotics
- Experience with writing project proposals and cooperating with diverse stakeholders. You are capable of translating complex material into useful applications
- Experience with leading teams, projects, and/or programs, especially in high innovative and research-oriented environments. You show leadership and enjoy coaching the members of your team, helping them growing and evolving as professionals
- You are customer-oriented, flexible, and result-oriented, working well in a team and focusing on providing the most suitable advice and planning the necessary actions to make sure the project is on the right track
- Fluency of English, both written and spoken

Must Have

- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
